If you sell through a realtor, there are countless fees, and they can add up to more than 10% of the final sale price. With us, there are no hidden fees at all. We handle title fees, appraisal costs, and all the rest. We won’t hassle you over nitpicky repairs. We take care of all of it. We account for all the fees when we calculate our offer. All you have to do is decide whether it’s right for you.

How is the offering price for my house determined?

We use the same methods as anyone else in real estate. We will look at your house’s floor plan, the condition, the neighborhood, and market conditions. After comparing all those factors, we calculate what we believe to be a fair offer.

Can I sell my home if I am behind on the mortgage?

Yes. In fact, selling your home if you’re behind on payments is sometimes the best way to get out from under a mortgage.

We typically purchase houses in two weeks or less. If you’re in a hurry, we can get things done in a few days. If you’re not in a hurry, we’ll let you dictate the pace. We don’t need to rush you. We just want you to have an easy sale when you’re ready.
